Richard Margetic, Dell
For the past five years, Richard has been integral to Dell’s success in social media and community, working on the launches of Dell’s blogs, IdeaStorm, Dell TechCenter, Dell’s Twitter and Facebook presence and establishing the first social media metrics for the company. Today, Richard manages Dell’s social media presence cross-segment, cross-region, and cross-platform including driving social media governance, innovation and strategy. Prior to joining Dell, Richard was a Senior Managing Web Consultant for IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers, led the launch of Microsoft Sidewalk – Dallas, and was VP of Marketing at the Interactive Media Group in Marina del Rey. Jessica has been Social Media Analyst for the Samsung Electronics Customer Support Division since 2010. Her accomplishments include taking a single team member to a seven-member social customer support team, within less than a year. She and the team now communicate with over 2,000 customers weekly. The program is recognized as the beacon for social media support across all Samsung subsidiaries, worldwide — and also earned Laptop Magazine’s Top Social Media Customer Support designation.
